Ashley Suggs
Ashley has faced addiction and recovery personally. After completing a year-long program, she worked with women in their recovery journey for three years in a long term treatment facility. Her commitment revealed a need for Christian-based recovery in Natrona County. Ashley aims to create safe residential programs for women to heal and thrive.

Jordan McCarthy
Jordan is a wife and mother who has triumphed over trauma, abuse, and addiction. She became a mother at 18 and found freedom through healing, community, and faith. With a restored marriage, she now breaks generational chains for her children. As the Program Coordinator at Fireside Collective, she passionately guides women toward healing and transformation.

Jen Helmer
Jennifer Helmer is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in family practice and psychiatric mental health. With 8 years as medical director for a homeless clinic, she now works at a community mental health center. As a board member of Fireside Collective, she leads recovery groups. Jennifer enjoys outdoor activities with family and nurtures her faith.

Jenn Koslowsky
With over fifteen years experience, Jenn coaches women from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop their faith and healthy life skills for a joyful, addiction-free life. She is a licensed mind-body-energy therapy practitioner and leads recovery classes weekly for Fireside.

Board Vice Chair
Melanie Connell
Since 1998, Melody has served the Casper community as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist. Focused on trauma recovery, she runs a private practice where she integrates neurobiology, attachment theory, and biblical principles in inpatient and outpatient care.

Elizabeth has joined Fireside to offer grant-writing services during the start-up phase of the non-profit. With over ten years of writing experience, she has successfully secured support from funders worldwide.

Porscha has over ten years in the non-profit sector as a finance manager. She is a skilled leader and communicator who excels with numbers. Porscha's own personal journey with drug addiction and healing through her relationship with Jesus fuels her passion for helping women in recovery.
