


Having both professional training and lived experience, Ashley brings exceptional depth to her work with women impacted by addiction. She is a graduate of a Teen Challenge treatment program and served on staff there for nearly three years, shaping her trauma-informed, recovery-centered leadership. Guided by faith and a strong sense of purpose, Ashley is passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and creating places where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. At the heart of her leadership is a commitment to restoration and hope.​

Ashley is a Master Certified Splankna Practitioner, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work, equipping her to integrate evidence-based practice, spiritual formation, and compassionate care into sustainable, high-impact programming.
