Jordan McCarthy
Meet Jordan, Fireside Collective's Programming & Community Coordinator.

After overcoming addiction herself, Jordan discovered a deep calling in walking alongside women in the depths of the same struggles she once faced. Through her work, Jordan aims to build authentic relationships and supports for women as they re-enter the community by providing dignity, compassion and hope. Jordan is passionate about creating relational spaces that foster connection, growth, and restoration; bridging the gap between rock-bottom and redemption – one honest conversation at a time.

Above and beyond her personal experience with addiction, Jordan is equipped through Splankna training, youth ministry leadership, and ongoing ministry school studies, blending spiritual depth with practical engagement.
What our team says about Jordan:
Jordan is a compassionate and dynamic mentor whose radical love of Jesus, openness and authenticity create spaces where women feel immediately welcomed, safe, and seen. Drawing on her own journey of freedom from addiction, she leads with deep empathy and lived credibility, sharing her story when it serves as a bridge to healing and hope. Jordan’s willingness to learn, step in, and try new things without fear models courage and humility, creating environments where growth, honesty, and connection can thrive. She cares deeply about walking alongside women in practical, everyday ways, offering steady support, encouragement, and truth as they rebuild trust in themselves, deepen their faith, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
Jordan, what are some fun facts about you?
I'm a mom, wife, student, mentor, friend, sister, extrovert and Jesus freak! When I'm not thrifting chic outfits or repurposing my latest furniture find, you can find me tending to my beloved plants. I genuinely love connection with others, especially when I get to add good food and great tunes!
